Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, and our team will immediately begin preparing your package to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
You will also receive a tracking link via WhatsApp to stay updated on your order’s status at any time.
If you do not receive your package within the estimated timeframe listed below, please contact us with your order number, and we will review the status and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Weld Lbled is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer during checkout.
Please note that during collection launches, Black Friday week, or National holidays, shipments may be delayed due to high demand and limited courier availability.

Shipping Fees
Standard shipping within all Moroccan cities is estimated at 20 MAD.
During special periods such as product launches, Black Friday week, and National holidays, Weld Lbled may offer free shipping to all customers for a limited time, as part of our commitment to a great shopping experience.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer formal international shipping through the website.
However, if you are located outside Morocco and wish to place an order, you can contact our customer service via WhatsApp to request a custom shipping quote and availability based on your country.
Order Cancellations
While we aim to fulfill all orders, unexpected circumstances may occasionally require us to cancel an order. In such cases, Weld Lbled will notify you within 24 working hours, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
